Axel wines have always been farmed sustainably. Our early motivation in using these green practices was easy: Sustainable grapes yield the cleanest and more pure varietals.

Notes from the Winemaker

The Axelsen family’s flagship wine.  Primero is a proprietary blend each vintage created from the very best fruit from each of our small lots across all of Chile.

Violet in color with aromas of herbed berries, and roasted nuts.  Full bodied palate, satiny and vibrant with silky tannins and balanced oak.
